Reimagining Social Housing Through AI, Engagement & Data

AI, Data, Insight & Engagement

Enabling Better Service Delivery

The old social housing model is no longer sustainable.  Rising demand, ageing homes, constrained budgets, and growing regulatory pressure have exposed the limits of reactive, siloed service delivery. The damp and mould crisis, the introduction of Awaab’s Law, and the far-reaching implications of Grenfell and the Building Safety Act have made one thing clear: incremental change is no longer enough.

At the same time, residents rightly expect more — clearer communication, faster resolution, safer homes, and services that respond to their individual needs.

Our mission is to address Social Housing's biggest challenges through AI, Data & Intelligent Remote Video Assistance, under-pinned by providing staff with the actionable insights that they need to drive a step change in outcomes, regardless of how good or bad their current data quality & systems landscape currently is.
