Reimagining Social Housing Through AI, Engagement & Data

AI, Data, Insight & Engagement

Enabling Better Service Delivery

Our core purpose is to create win-win outcomes for Social Landlords & their Customers, by adopting a resident led approach to service improvement which is based on breaking down silo's and seeing the bigger picture by having an integrated view of data, supported by A.I.

Many landlords within the sector can't "see the wood for the trees".  We take an engineering approach to data, engagement and insight, which drives and operationalises actionable insights.  By combining enriched customer data with operational data, we help you to better understand and manage need and risk, as well as enabling you to personalise engagement  & communications.

Our core values are: Innovation,  Commitment, Service & Openness.
